In other words, Area is the amount of space occupied by the shape. Area is measured in Square Units. Area is Calculated by Multiplying the Length by its Width of the Shape. Formula for the Area of Square is Side times Side.  Formula for the Area of Rectangle is Length times Width. Formula for the Area of Circle is 𝞹r2. Formula for the Area of Triangle is base times height by 2. Formula for the Area of Parallelogram is base times height.
